Code Check 5th edition errata to the first printing
Page 5, Table 6, figure references are to F30. They should be to F10.
Page 5, right column, first subheading under STRUCTURAL SHEATHING/BRACING should say Wall Bracing, not Stud Framing
Page 9, Figure 14, Basement Window Egress says “3in. min. clearance” and should say “3ft. min. clearance”
Page 9, right column, under INTERIOR WALL COVERS, Greenboard, the “>” symbols should be removed from the 3rd and 4th checkboxes.
Page 10, Figure 16 - the arrow showing the measurements 36in and 18in should terminate at the glazing edge, not the window frame edge
Page 13, Table 14, note A should say “Based on 1/4in./ft. slope”
Page 13, Table 15, the minimum size for a shower should say [1 1/2in.] 48 {2in.}
Page 13, Table 16, second code reference in the title of the table should be [T2605.1] and in the vertical column, row for plastic, the first number should be [10ft.]
Page 14, under Changes of Direction, add a new first line that says:
Min slope of drains is 1/4in/ft [1/8in/ft for ≥3in pipe]_______________[3005.3] {708.0}
Page 28, Top left, major heading now says APPLIANCES and should say CABLE SYSTEMS
Page 28, Top right, major heading now says APPLIANCES and should say RACEWAYS
