Page 12, Left Column, under "Enclosures" 6th checkbox says “Max panel setback in noncombustible wall (drywall) 1/4in” – delete word “drywall" 

Page 12, Left Column, under "Enclosures" 7th checkbox says “Panel flush (no setback) to combustible wall finish”; should say “Panel flush (no setback) in walls of combustible construction” 

Page 16, Left Column, subheading of “Pool, Spa, & Hydromassage Tub GFCI Protection”, 3rd checkbox NEC citation says "680.22A4"; should say 680.22
